Working with our sister company, Absolute Signs and Graphics, we were appointed as an approved supplier to the very popular Taste of London food exhibition. After providing design, production and installation support for the “Summer” event, we returned for their “Festive” event.
The nominated charity for the event is an organisation called Action Against Hunger. For over 40 years, across nearly 50 countries, they have led the global fight against hunger and to show our support, we provided our services to them free of charge.
Using the corporate guidelines, we kept the stand clean and fresh – allowing the images to stand out. The client wanted us to showcase the three items on their menu equally, which included an image of the chef, as well as the dish and a description for the visitors. We had limited space to do this, and with the consideration of the counter position and footfall to the stand we set to work. As an added element of Christmas, we included falling snowflake graphics throughout the walls of the stand.
Absolute Creative and Absolute Signs and Graphics very kindly designed our restaurant stand for the event where all proceeds from dish sales go towards our lifesaving work. We were so pleased with our stand for Taste of London: The Festive Edition this year. Chris’s design included everything we wanted and more, he really brought our stand to life, which is so important in attracting customers!
This year thanks to their support we raised over £14,000 which is enough to provide the nutrition treatment needed to save the lives of 330 malnourished children, or provide emergency shelters to 560 families who have lost their homes or been displaced. Thank you so much!
